The artist of the new Bongofleva generation, Benard Michael Paul Mnyang’anga and an actor from Tanzania is better known as Ben Pol has released a new song called “Adela”.

 Ben Pol started to hit in 2010 after releasing the hit “Nikikupata” which introduced him to the world of Bongo Flava.

 Later he came to dance more with hits such as Samboira, Moyo Mashine, Jikubali, Namba One Fan, TATU, Sophia and other hits. Ben is originally from Dodoma.
