●1 cup unsweetened almond milk
●1 cup unsweetened applesauce or stewed apples
●1/2 cup raw, unsalted cashews, soaked in water for 1 hour
●2 teaspoons vanilla extract
●1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
●2 chopped, pitted dates, soaked in water for 1/2 hour, or 2 tablespoons maple syrup*
●1 cup ice cubes
Method
1.Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth, 30 to 60 seconds.
